Returns and Refunds

Shipping Locations:

We currently deliver to Germany only. We will let you know as soon as we are open to other countries.

Shipping is handled by DHL.

Shipping Duration:

Delivery to Germany usually takes 3 to 5 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Please note that it may take a few hours for current information to be available, depending on the shipping service provider.

If there are delays with the shipping service provider, we ask for your understanding – unfortunately, we have no influence over these processes.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs within Germany are €4.95.

Returns:

Within 14 days of delivery, you can return unopened and unused products at your own expense.

Please send us an email with the reason for your return to kelenacare@gmail.com.

In the interest of sustainability, we do not provide return labels.

Refund:

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase amount within a few business days – at the latest within 14 days.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used.

Damaged or incomplete good:

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, we are very sorry. We check each order with great care, but if any discrepancies arise, please contact our customer service directly at kelenacare@gmail.com. We will personally and promptly take care of a solution.
