General Terms and Conditions
This website is operated by Ke'lena Care. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Ke'lena Care. Ke'lena Care offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access the website or use any services.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between Ke'lena Care and consumers for the purchase of goods in the online shop at www.kelenacare.com. Sales are exclusively within Germany. Orders from businesses are excluded.
2. Contract Conclusion
By submitting your order through our online shop, you make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. A contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by email or dispatch the goods.
3. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our cancellation policy (see the page "Returns and refunds").
Please note that used perfumes and individually assembled gift boxes are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are in euros, including the statutory VAT. Shipping costs are displayed separately at checkout.

5. Delivery and Shipping Conditions
Delivery is currently only to addresses within Germany. Delivery time is approximately 3–5 business days after payment receipt. Self-collection is not possible.
6. Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain the property of Ke'lena Care until full payment is received.
7. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. Please inform us immediately by email at kelenacare@gmail.com in case of transport damage or product defects.
8. Liability
We are not liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body, or health.
The above limitations of liability also apply for the benefit of our legal representatives and vicarious agents.
Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
9. Applicable Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. This choice of law applies to consumers only to the extent that the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has his or her habitual residence is not withdrawn.
10. Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is, as far as permissible, the registered office of Ke'lena Care in Germany.
11. Alternative Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We are not obliged and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
